Burn fat soup, healthy quick diet 1 week plan
1 day :
Foods - Fruits and soup day. ( except for Banana)
Drink - Mineral water or 100% pure fruit juice
2 day :
Foods: Vegetables and soup day. Eat only vegetables and soup. Non oil, no butter, no fruits, beans and corn.
Drink : Mineral water
3 day :
Foods : Fruits ( except banana), vegetables and soup day.
Drink : Mineral water
4 day :
Foods : Soup, Banana, skim milk day. Eat one banana breakfast, lunch , dinner, 500ml skim milk, drink a lot of mineral water. You can eat soup as much you want.
Drink : Mineral water
5 day :
Foods : Meat , Tomato soup day. Eat 350g to 700g red beef or chicken, 6 tomato, and eat burn fat soup at least one bowl.
Drink : Mineral water.
6 day :
Foods: Beef, vegetables, soup day. You can eat beef steak with vegetables and soup at dinner or lunch. Vegetables and burn fat soup for breakfast and lunch.
Drink: Mineral water
7 day :
Foods : Brown rice or brown rice bread , vegetables, soup day.
Drink : Mineral water, You can also drink 100% pure fruit juice.
For vegetables, eat different kinds of vegetables which are not in the soup.
A bowl of soup has only 46 calories and makes you feel full. Eat the soup one or two bowl of it at dinner mainly. And keep eating it for a week.
You can also eat small amount of plain white rice or non sugar bread such as a piece of French baguette. But the point is eat the soup first.
By eating soup first, your stomach will be full and you can avoid to eat much rice and bread.
Mainly for breakfast, the soup only.
For lunch, the soup and fruits. And follow the menus above.
You will be amazed to see the result after a week.

I bought both of Suzannes diet books and started following the diet after reading all the way through both books. Well I can happily report I have lost 10 pounds in almost 3 weeks (less 2 days) and I feel really good. I have not once felt deprived and probably most important of all I have found it so easy to follow. Anyone who would like to know more can e-mail me. 2hotspot@redrock.net I have a long way to go with about 60 more pounds to lose. But I already know I can eat this way for the rest of my life. At 35, I had been warned of hypothyroidism, impending diabetes, and possibly a hysterectomy because of irregular cycles, and I was about at the end of my rope. I used to walk around with constant headaches, my diet was restricted because of ‘allergies’, and I got the stomach flu at least once a week. I could NOT stop gaining weight, no matter how much exercise I got or how much ‘cutting out’ of this or that, I just felt worse every day.
Then one weekend, while visiting my sister, she just ‘happened’ to put this book on my nightstand, and the rest, as they say, is history.
In 6 months, following Level 2 (give up carrots and beets? What are you, nuts?), I have lost over 20 pounds, my cycles are regular, my blood sugar is down to a healthy level, my thyroid has stabilized, and I feel FANTASTIC.
The really great part of it is, I can eat eggs again! I can eat beef! I can drink milk and have tomatoes! I can even have chocolate, if I want it!
People who complain they can’t have butter on their toast or oil on their pasta haven’t paid very close attention to Level 2, I eat Level 2, I have butter on toast once a week, I’ll put a tablespoon of oil in my pasta, but PIZZA? One day, just because I missed pizza (I really, really did), I ate sausage pizza. OOOOHHHH, it tasted good! And OOOOHHH, I wanted to go to the hospital and have my stomach pumped! Never again! Well, guess what, you can order it ‘No Cheese’ - and it’s really, really great! Even if you never try food combining, try a veggie pizza without cheese, you won’t be disappointed!
I’d like to point something out to the people I see who say ‘Fit for Life’ is better - guess, what, I had ‘impending diabetes’, let me tell you, I heard it from a nutritionist and an internist, only ‘fit’ people should do ‘Fit for Life’, I was not to go near it, it would have carried me over the brink.
And if you’ve ever read about it, it’s very confusing.

I’m on the 10th day of of my second Master Cleanse and have lost almost 11 pounds!
I read Peter’s book each morning while I’m waiting for the salt water to “kick-in”, and I have found it to be an invaluable support. I found the the most powerful attributes of the text to be A) Discovering that all of the symptoms and cravings I was having were shared and to be expected; and B) Many, many other folks have much more trouble with this process than I!
It is true that many of the points are repeated — However, it is important to note the power of repetition, which can be seen in my success and many, many other’s as well.

This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would advise in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds and add muscle mass to my frame. Since beginning of December I have lost 15lbs and am pleased with that. Lost 9lb when I weighed in at beginning of January and lost 6lbs when I weighed in this morning. This last month could have been better but I wasn’t able to control my stress eating. When I stress I have trouble sleeping and then I’m tired and really could care less about diet and exercise!! lol In december I started seeing a doctor for my weight.
